PLEASE HELP!!! BROKEN NECK???

Please hurry please help I just went in there to get one of the chickens for a picture and appears that one of the chickens have a broken neck please look at this video what do I do it’s totally alive it’s trying to move around but the neck and head is completely turned all the way around do I put it out of its misery or can this be something I can fix???

It has Wry neck. They need vitamins right away.
I use Rooster Booster.

Silkies are notorious for getting Wry Neck, might as well get used to putting vitamins into the water as long as you have them.
