Please help...Came home from work and found 2 newly hatched chicks dead

I have a broody hen that started sitting on unfertalized eggs as I don't have a rooster. A friend of mine gave me 12 fretalized eggs of different breeds she had. To day was day 21 and I came home from work to find 2 dead newly hatched chicks. I do not see that she has pecked them but im terrified at loosing the rest. This is her first time. She is in a seperate hutch so the rest of the flock are not an issue.. should I take the rest of the eggs away from her?? I don't have an incubator but have heating lamp and heating pad. What are your thoughts? She is sitting on the nest as she normally does. One chick was found in front of her out of the nest. The othrr was still under her. Thank you!!

Btw the shells were gone.

If there starting to hatch you could just watch and when they get out the shell watch her and if she acts aggressive take them away as they hatch.

If she killed them you would probably see blood on them and even blood and feathers on her beak

Thank you. None of the others have cracks in them, I've left them under her will keep an eye on her. If they are all different breeds then isn't there a chance they will hatch at different times?

All breeds hatch about the same I have a silkie hen who has been on her eggs for 21 or 22 days now and just checked on her one is hatched and waiting for the other 3, of two of her eggs have hatched then if the others are not bad then they should start hatching some may by the morning or might not till tomorrow
