Do you have calibrated thermometers in besides the one that comes with the incubator?

In the bag it measures 76% so that's good. I also moved the incubator to a smaller room away from the most of the ac so I hope that does it

Sounds great!
Smaller room is a great idea too.
I was keeping my bator in an unused bathroom with the ac vent closed to try to keep the room as steady as possible.
