Please help!! Chick that I didn't think was going to make it is still trying.

I have never had a shrink wrapped chick until this hatch, and there was no denying that this chick was shrink wrapped. I helped but tried not to overdo it. It was set up like concrete inside the egg. I felt like I got most the hard sticky membrane off of it last night but left him still half way in the egg. I honestly expected to wake up to a dead chick. NOPE it was out of the egg but its body was basically frozen in the same position I had left it in last night because obviously I didn't get all of the membrane off so it had set up AGAIN. This morning all I knew to do was give him a gentle warm water bath with a little dawn soap. I finally got everything off of him and he is moving around in the incubator but he keeps holding him neck out straight. It almost looks a little swollen. Is there anything I can do to help? This chick is trying to live and I want to help. I'll post a picture below.
