PLEASE HELP! Chick with swollen vent and backside

I have a chick less than 2 weeks old with a swollen backside and to best describe her vent it looks like a marble/ ball is in there. I have been on top of making sure their butts are clean. I checked her this morning and she is all big in the back and has lost some fluff back there. She chirps everytime she poops and she goes a little but I don't know if she is fully relieving herself. That's all the info I have so any advice is very much appreciated!!!!

This looks like it is pasty butt. My suggestion would be to get a bowl of warm water and put some disposable gloves on. Gently try to remove the dry feces and make sure to clean her vent out real good. Try not to pull any of the skin- chicks are fragile!

The outside of her butt is totally clean. And when she poops I have been cleaning that off almost immediately. I have been on top of it. So I can't imagine she could be backed up but I am not a pro either so I'm always up for advice. The wetness on her behind is water from where I just cleaned her
