Please help! Chicken wing bitten half off. Graphic!

There is some bone exposed but I’m not sure how well you can see it in this picture. She has an injury on her back but it’s not nearly as bad.
I agree with this POST if you have vet care that would be best.
If not, I would follow the cleaning instructions.
Personally, I would also go ahead and start her on antibiotics. You don't have a location in your profile, so I'm going to assume you are in the US. Sometimes Amoxicillin can be found at stores like Tractor Supply or you will need to order antibiotics. Your vet can give you a better antibiotic like Cephalexin or similar since the bone is exposed.

I called all the vets in my area and none take chickens. I might have to just deal with this myself... I’m really panicky right now. I’ve never had anything like this happen.

You're doing really well. It's amazing that she's eating and walking around. You can take a deep breath. You're in good hands with @Wyorp Rock and @Eggcessive . You're doing amazing!!!

Thank you! She’s doing ok right now. I don’t have a crate to put her in so she’s in a spare room for right now. She’s walking around and acting completely normal. She’s such a tough little girl. Hopefully she’ll be ok.

Watch for signs of infection, such as a bad odor, pus or drainage. Spray the wound twice a day with the half strength Hibiclens mixed with water or the betadine weakened with water. Vetericyn Wound Spray or home made saline could also be used to irrigate the wound as well, but if it seems infected, switch back to the Hibiclens or Betadine. During the pandemic, those disinfectants are harder to find at places like Walmart first aid aise, so check around. Plain antibiotic ointment—Neosporin, Triple Antibiotic, or Polysporin can be applied to wounds to keep them from drying out. A bathtub or spare bathroom can be a good spot to confine them. Wire dog crate make great hospital pens, and can be borrowed. Good luck.

You can get cephalexin as a fish antibiotic (Fish Flex, or Fish Flex Forte), ordered on line, to give orally, that is what I would use, if you are going to give one, since this is such a large wound with bone exposed. 35 - 50 mg/kg every 6 hours (Plumbs Veterinary Drug Handbook gives two dosing recommendations; 35-50 mg/kg every 6 hours and 40-100 mg/kg every 6 hours). 1 kg = 2.2 lbs. So for a 5 lb bird you would give about 80 to 113.5 mg every 6 hours, for the lower dose range. You can open the capsules and empty them and mix in some coconut oil, divide into your doses, refrigerate til firm and then give like a custom pill, usually goes down pretty easy.
