PLEASE HELP!! egg still hasnt hatched nor internally pipped

hi! one of my ducks eggs who was around a few days younger then my ducklings who have already hatched still hasnt hatched or internally pipped, i used to see movements but i dont see any at all anymore i also used to hear him try and pip but i also cant hear that anymore, what do i do? since i really dont want another baby to pass.

i can also see a yellow sort of aura all around the air sac where the duckling is supposed to pip, i can make a picture if that’ll help anyone
