Please HELP! Eggs Pipped but Not Hatching!!!

I used a nurture right 360.

Set 22.

Out of the 12 we ordered 10 hatched perfectly!!

1 never developed, 1 blood ring early on, and 4 shrink-wrapped. (She sent six extras...so there's them)

The other three were our own quail eggs.
(We set 4 and 1 went bad)

13 Total hatched!


We had to assist one. He was stuck for four hours bc he didn't Peck through the membrane on one whole side.

What could've caused the shrink wrapping?
We dry incubated (it stayed from about 18-25) and raised the humidity to 75 at lockdown on day 14 because that's what she said she does.

How can I raise my hatch rates? I'm getting another breed next month to raise and sell.

I think ypur humidity was too low throughout incubation. I try to keep it around 35 percent until lockdown, and then up it to 65 percent. Sorry you lost some, but congrats on your littles!

What incubator do you have? Just curious.

I'm not sure as there is no brand stamped on it. Nobody wants to admit they manufactured it.

Aw, so sweet. Always wanted a broody. Fingers crossed my Partridge Cochin pullet will go broody this spring
