Please help - entire batch of chicks dying suddenly - TWICE

Pics
Another update! All twelve chicks are doing great. They are now 7 weeksAt 5 weeks we let them in their run for the first time. They didn’t come out for the first couple days but on day three I kicked them all out to change out their bedding and install permanent roosting bars. After that they had no problem leaving the coop on their own.

It took them about a week for all twelve to come to the coop in the evening on their own but they seem to be doing that reliably now. I put their heat lamp on in the late afternoon so they are drawn to the coop and leave it on until they are all in.

I’ll attach a few pictures of them in their 10x20 run. Two of the RIRs look like they are cockerels. One of them was the runt of the bunch. We call him Napoleon. He seems to be the more assertive of the two. My son named the other “Jeff”. We will see how this all turns out but I don’t plan to keep both.
