Please Help! first time hatch!

I've been goin crazy! I'm about 6 hours into day 22 now! I have 4 eggs that have still not shown any signs of life but about 6 hours ago...I saw a tiny crack in the 5th egg. I was super happy untill i realized it had pipped in the wrong end (its kinda in the middle) so anyway its been about six hours now and it has made no progress. it has let out a few loud chirps over this period but none in the past hour. Does this chick have a chance? how do I know if it is shrink wrapped? I read that if the membrane is white that means it is dried out... here is a pic...

does this look at all normal? what is all the white around the opening?

Every one will tell you to wait. Generally, that's the rule. I've had a few die after pipping, for all sorts of reasons. If mine go 12 hours with out zipping I help out. Good Luck! and congrats.

The membrane is normal looking, not white or dry, leave it alone
