I would definitely separate them. As mentioned, my American Buff Gander, Golly, has offed several birds before I realized it was him and injured two roosters this year when hormones kicked in while I was at work. The rest of the year he is fine.

I think my chicken have learned to stay out of reach of the ducks. Now outside it’s fair game if one gets too close they are going to get nipped by a duck. Doesn’t happen often though.
Thank you. Can you tell me more about this pole and fencing or give me a link? We are still having the issue!!Have you seen the plastic step in poles and fencing? That could work for a cheap, temporary barrier between ducks and goose in the run/coop.
If you have just an old table or something the ducks could hunker down under on one end of your run and leave the coop and other half to the goose?
Just a thought...I'm seeing the same out of my female goose who is usually very submissive to her duck buddies but not lately...she and her gander are big bullies right now. I'd be afraid to pen any of them together.
