Poorly quail, dropped wings and green hard poop??

Hi! how old is your quail?sounding by your comment it seems as if it’s an adult?green or yellow poop is usually abnormal or problematic.Please tell us whether the poop seems loose or tight?
If it seems loose,it’s bound to be diarrhoea and in that case you need to consult a vet immediately and mix the prescribed antibiotic the vet provides with it’s water.Green poop can occur due to change in diet or if the amount of dietary protein is too low.An adult quail needs at least 21% protein if a bit more is not available.

Sadly he died. The vet was consulted but no diagnosis was given. He was 4 weeks and on the right food. Poop was hard and greyish green. Sadly despite my best efforts he did not survive.

I’m deeply sorry for your unfortunate experience,that is the hardest thing to go through when caring for animals.
