please help hen is limping cant walk on left leg will not move!!!!!?

hi i have a hen that i think fell of of the roost she will not stand on her leg and does not want to walk and if she does walk she hops i dont think its her toes i think its her leg that is hurting im going to to put her in the run while the flock is free ranging but should i wrap her foot and leg up how do i know if its broken she did not fall from very high up it was like three feet high what do i do she will not walk on it and i think she is in pain and the leg that she can walk on looks like it might be swelling can some one please help

You can check her leg by feeling every part of it and comparing with a healthy leg. For these type of injuries I usually just put them in a wire crate for a time with their own food and water, to minimize their activity and let them rest. If they are unable to stand or stay upright I use a sling to take weight off the leg. I would not use a sling unless it's really needed as they can sometimes freak out about it, so if you do you need to keep an eye on her. These are often just 'tweaks', like pulled muscles in us, and will resolve on their own given rest. If you don't see improvement in a day or two, or it gets worse, then you will need to look for other causes. If you are very worried then having it x-rayed may give you peace of mind.
