This morning my hen didn’t leave the coop. She was still on the roost bars and wouldn't come down. Her face is pale and she was panting a little bit. My first thought was egg bound but her tail wasn't pumping and she did poop, but it was just liquid. I currently have her soaking in an epson salt bath where she is still pale and closing her eyes.

She is a 3 year old wyandotte that lays eggs practically every day (she takes a 2 month break in winter) so I dont know if she is having internal issues. She laid an egg yesterday morning though.

Can you give her 2 ml of Poultry NutriDrench or get her drinking some electrolyte or sugar water? Has she eaten? How does her crop feel—empty and flat, or full, hard, or puffy? Has she lost any weight when you handle her? Is there any enlargement of her lower belly under her vent? Just in case she has another egg coming or stuck, I might give her a calcium tablet or Tums orally. Is her poop normal?

I currently don’t have any NutriDrench but I can make up some electrolytes for her. She ate some this morning so her crop has a little bit in it. I don’t believe she has lost weight as she is still a pretty hefty gal. Her lower vent area seems to be normal feeling. she just pooped and it definitely is not normal and I have never seen it like this before.
I was trying to soak her in epson salt but that didnt seem to help her.

I'm not sure, but it looks like she may had an egg broken inside her. If that's the case, I would give her some antibiotics to prevent infections. The problem is you cannot get most antibiotics at feed stores anymore and need to order online.

I have some powdered antibiotics from a bit ago still in my fridge, should i use those? She wont drink water willingly though.

The yellow looks like she has yellow urates instead of the normal white. It signals liver issues or bile. That can be from reproductive infection or ascites which can both cause liver issues. Cancer and fatty liver disease also can cause that. What antibiotic do you have? For reproductive infection or egg yolk peritonitis, many use amoxicillin (hard to find now) or enrofloxacin/Baytril.

I currently just have some pigeon Doxy-Tyl I believe. I am unsure if I will be able to get my hands on amoxicillin in time sadly. She is still eating and shows interest in eating the egg that I am giving her. She still doesn’t walk around and just stands there.

Does she seem lame or walk with legs apart, stand in one spot, or does she sit or lie around? You could try the Doxy-Tyl. Jedds.com sells enrofloxacin 10% liquid, but it would not come for days.
