Please Help, I cant figure out the gender of this juvenile.

Hello, I believe this is a boy, which I named Jack, was told by the guy I got it from. They were gonna kill him because he had spurs so I had to go out and get him before he dies. But now, the more I look at him the more I think he may just be a hen with spurs...any help?
