Please help i dont know what has infested my chicken house

there are what looks like Nat's or termites all over and in my chicken house they are small like Nat's but some are white or clear winged and some are brown can anyone help? we are in the process of tearing the chicken house down and then we are going to teat the ground for termites and build a new house bigger and its going to have a concrete floor
