I think the best course of action now is to make sure you have a tight coop and run. It is not difficult to do. You need 1/2 or 1/4 inch welded wire hardware cloth that cannot be pulled up from underneath or broken down from above. If you have that, and your seams are tight, you will not lose birds.
I have a very predator-heavy area and my birds have been very protected using 1/2 welded wire runs. Wild dogs tried to get in, but couldn't. The run really held. I recommend it highly.
