Please help identify - just found in road

I just found this little guy running up the middle of main street in town. I saw no others or a mama nearby so I brought it home & have it in some aspen shavings undera my old chick light. It has webbed feet. Wondering if anyone can tell me what it might be and what I should feed it? (hope the picture comes out - not sure how to do it). Thank you!!![

Could also be a Rouen duck.

Are you sure it's a Mallard? It doesn't have the exact markings of a Mallard duckling. Compare it to pics on google.

It's going to need a buddy. It could give up on life if it gets to lonely.

with extra fluff it could be a wood duck some one else on here just lately found a wood duckling also

I don't even think it's a duck. Could be a Greeb (I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong.).

Its a wood duck. The bill is too skinny to be a mallard.
