Please help identify TS chicks.

Don't know if its true but I've heard the ear color tells you the egg color--- that's why I wonder about queen and speckles since they have red ears

I have heard that as well. White ears=white eggs 9/10 times, any other color ear= colored eggs

Just make sure its the SKIN that's white not the feathers on it.

I would also like to mention that those are not leghorns, this is a "new" breed/hybrid specially made for tractor supply.

Do you have any info on the new breed? I have been researching the leghorn--like they usually lay at 20 weeks... At tractor supply they really did not know much except --they came in yesterday..

Well RED-- turned out to be a roo--He's just a crowing at 12 weeks and it sounds very funny. I knew Sassy was a roo--he just showed it in his looks--finally 5 days after Red he crows a little. I am worried they will fight. I am almost sure they are the only 2 roosters and there are 10 hens--3 bantams and 7 fullsize ---Will the Bantem rooster be able to reach--mate--with the full size--I have been told Yes and I have been told NO---so what ya'll think??
