Hi, my hen laid this egg and I have no idea why, or really what it even is!

The picures are quite blurry, but if you can rule out poo, to me it looks like pus and I would assume that she is suffering from an infection of her reproductive tract/oviduct.

If caught early and treated with antibiotics, she might heal.
