Please Help! I'm new!

This is the set up we have for them. The side of the dog kennel that doesn't have tin on it does now. But it's all fenced in(the orange is temporary until we get more of the green fencing) just wondering if there's any advice how to keep predators out. They go in the kennel at night and during the day when were not home to keep an eye on them. When were home they can come out and wander around and swim in the pond. Tonight will be the 2nd night out all night for them.

Were also still working on the pond so it's not so muddy so don't mind that! Its all a work in progress.

Out all night, is going to be a problem, lots of night time predators. Birds usually won't move when it is real dark so anything can just take them.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. I'm a chicken person and don't know much about ducks (although I've had a few), but I have to admit to admit that ducklings are the ultimate in cute. There are several very good threads on predators. You might want to specifically search for raccoon and possums.

I've killed 7 raccoons in the last several months. All were around the coop!
