Please Help! Is my peachick a male or female??

Thanks thats really helpfull!! When they are about 3 months old I could post some more pics or E-mail some to you so i can get some expert advise seeing I can only guess, we were hoping it was a male

Here are a pair of India blues.
Male on left (note barring as per what Deerman said), female on right. 3rd bird is also a female.

Yes I bred cockatiel also, were the young cockatiels all start out looking like females and males lose the barring, Peafowl are opposite females lose the barring.

Now this is not so with the greens, harder to sex the greens.....
