Please help! Is this a prolapse?

Hello wonderful chicken people, please advise.

My chicken, Blanche, is sort of a problem child - the vet says her pelvis is malformed a bit and it causes all kids of problems (including a consistantly poopy butt).

I was routinely cleaning her butt when I saw what looked to be a pimple on the inside of her vent. I couldn't find anything that looked like it on the internet, so a few days later I went to take a picure of it and I can't see the pimple thing now, but I can see this tissue coming out.

It's not really on the outside of the vent to where it might dry out but it looks terribly uncomfortable, and her "egg song" has sounded much more agnonized than normal.

Is this a prolapse? What can I do for her?

I am not too knowledgeable, but is it sticking out of her vent and visible to you when she is going about her usual chicken routine?

If I'm right, I've seen this tissue before when my hens are laying eggs and I believe it's normal tissue of the female cloaca.

I'll tag @Eggcessive for further info and advice.
