My rooster is gaping for air with closed eyes
He is too weak that he even can not walk
There is no swelling and no discharge from his nostrils..
I have given him antibiotics since two days and here is the link of video of how he is behaving

It could be gapeworm or a respiratory disease. Chickens with gapeworm look very similar, and are not able to eat or drink, so his not being able to stand would make me want to treat for it. Can you get fenbendazole, albendazole, or levamisole for livestock worming there? I believe another BYC member @Saaniya can get albendazole. Let me look up a thread for the name. We can help you with dosage when we know which you can get.

What antibiotic are you using at this time?

Have you provided grit so he can digest his food?
What are you feeding him?
Have you checked his crop? Full? Hard? Lumpy? Spongy? Or empty?
How long has he been this way?

Do you notice any plaques or lesions inside his beak. In the video he looks like he is swallowing at one point - is his crop emptying completely overnight?

In another thread you had posted some photos - he had some yellow crust on the face - do you remember if that would food or has he had a discharge from the eyes or nostrils?

As @Eggcessive mentioned, it could be gapeworm or respiratory illness. Hopefully @Saaniya will chime in with some tips as well.

The albendazole should be given to deliver 20 mg per kilogram, or 9.1 mg per pound of weight. It should be given once and then again in 10 days.

If you locate fenbendazole, dosage depends on the product. It is used for 3-5 days in a row.

Levimisole is used for several days in a row.

I am not sure but it could possibly be Marek's disease, paralysis of the legs and struggling to breath are symptoms of Marek's. I have a rooster who is struggling with marek's right now but it does not look as bad as this one. It could also be what everyone else is suggesting.

I agree. I wasn’t aware this rooster has been sick for several weeks, and had crop problems as well. Mareks should be considered whenever they is unexplained lameness. Weakness from other causes may explain the not standing. He looks very sick and weak.
