Please help. Lethargic, chick.

I was given 6 baby chicks and 1 of them has been sickly. It started getting better or so I thought, but today it's extra lethargic, and keeps laying on the ground, it appears pale, and keeps closing its eyes. It does drink and eat just fine but I just know there's something wrong. I tried to Google symptoms but Im not confident enough to say what it is for sure. If anyone has any advice or knows what is wrong I would be SO APPRECIATIVE! Thanks in advance.

I recommend giving electrolytes to this chick asap.

I use hydro hen for my chickens, which is a 3-1 probiotics, electrolytes, and acidifiers.
You can find them at your local tractor supply.

How does their vent look also?

I really hope the little one feels better soon!

How does its poop look? That can provide clues as to what might be going on, too.
