Keep your duckling warm and safe, where it can't be pecked at by other ducklings. Have water readily available and duckling crumbles to eat. Wait and see how things develop as it dries out and starts to move. It my just need to recover from a poor position in the shell. All could be well, or there may be a birth defect. Only time will tell

As PP said, keep it warm and keep an eye on it. Once it fluffs you and “recovers” from hatching (it’s hard work!) it may be just fine. If it comes to it you may have to make a “splint” or “shoe” for it.

One of mine that hatched last month had similar issue and it was fine after 1-2 days

:welcome
How is the duckling this morning?
be sure to keep it from being trampled by the other ducklings. If you have to make a little brooder inside the brooder you can use a see-thru shoe container just something that will keep the little one from being stepped all over.
Can the leg be gently stretched out the same length as the other one?

He seems to be about the same it’s almost like his joint is locked?? If that makes sense he is managing to deal him self around to eat and drink but doesn’t stand up at all I’ll attach another photo. I made him a little boot last night becuz his foot was curled oddly as well

Sounds like it might be a tendon out of place can you stretch the leg out all the way and feel along the back compare to the other leg.
sometimes you can manuver the tendon back into place but it has to be done before the duckling is older.
This will give you info on what it looks like

good you made a shoe that will help keep the foot flat.
