Please help me decide what to do with my first flock

I have my 2nd flock of 26 birds that I will keep for eggs and breeding. They're currently 11 days old from JMF Pharaoh stock.

What I can't decide is the first flock of various kinds I picked up from a local guy. They came from eggs that were quite small so probably not worth keeping just for eggs. What I'd like to know is if they're of any special breed that's worth keeping. While we're at it please help me identify them so I can learn to tell apart in the future:

I know the white ones in the back are probably English White, not Texas A&M like the guy told me. They're too small and eggs were tiny. What I can't figure out is the front 2 birds. I know the left one is a roo and right is a hen but not sure what type they are. They're fairly big. Worth keeping?




These two are probably the typical Pharaoh, right? And left one is a hen and right is a roo?




The next 2 are a mystery to me. What type are they? Are they worth keeping? The guy who sold eggs to me said 2 of the eggs he experiment with putting a regular coturnix in the same cage with an "Texas A&M" and so the eggs were "special". I don't know if these 2 birds were from those eggs, but they are different from the rest. I think they're also both hens.

Top two are Goldens The guy I got mine from called them Italian. but I don't know

Gold speckled Italians and English whites. If you don't want the Italians let me know.

Tibetan Tuxedos, you will have to vent sex them the same as the english whites. If you breed them back the english whites the offspring will come out about 1/2 white, and pretty cool looking honestly.

DC, you need some Italians?

Thanks DC and Jailer. I only have 2 Italian roos and 1 healthy hen (the other hen is crippled and will probably be culled in a couple weeks) - probably not worthwhile for you to pick up. I think I'll hold on to the Italians and Tux for now, maybe a couple months, to test our my breeding cage - one pair of Italians and the 2 Tux hens with an English roo (separate pens). Want to play with it and learn breeding & hatching.

By the time the JMF chicks mature and ready to breed I'll need cage space and will probably let these go. Will let you know.
