Please help me find or breed this!

I have found quite possibly, one of the most amazing breeds of chickens on earth! Unfortunately, I don't think anyone outside of Germany breeds these. If anyone knows anyone that has some please let me know! They are called

Thüringer Barthuhn​

and this is what a couple different varieties of them looks like.

I love this breed! It is adorable. But you would need to import it, since it isn’t found in the US.

They probably still have some or it's at there other facilities.

I don’t think so. I haven’t seen anything about them in the US at all.
And I’ve seen a lot, considering I’m in the show circles. Somebody would have featured them somewhere.
My guess is the breed failed to thrive over here.

You should call GFF and ask them what happened to there breed. And do a post back here. Just a suggestion. Love to hear it from the horse's mouth.

When I saw that picture first thought was favorelle x d'uccle. The face of a favorelle and body type of a d'uccle.
