Please help me help my turkey

My Tom is a year old white meat turkey that we rescued, he was fine last night and today he hobbles and is bent over most the time not moving. He almost falls over when trying to stomp. All my other chickens and turkeys are fine.

Meat turkeys aren't built for longevity. If he's heavy his legs may give out, or even his heart. They generally don't live long lives unfortunately.
