i have three rouens and they are 1 month and 2 weeks i beleive and they all have dark heads and some times i think i see green tint on all there heads but two have a loud quack and the other has a whipser calling thingy the whispering one is bigger and doesnt have all his feathers like the other two. do i have to girls and one boy or what. is it normal for girls to have a dark head with a little tint or do you think my eyes are tricking me i will try and post some pics.
please help me.

I'm pretty sure that both males and females can have the iridescent green tint on their heads in their juvenile plumage - I know my Dark Campbell girls did at first, but after their first molt, the green vanished.

The one with the whispery voice is a boy, the two that quack are girls. Congrats - you have a trio!

Agree with annarie. The voice is your best tell at that age. Feathers *can* be deceptive at any age, but after about five weeks, the voice almost never is. Sounds like a trio.
