Please help me identify her!

As background on this little lady. She is from the suprise box from Cackle hatchery. I have looked vigorously for her breed but with disappointment. She is not thriving. The rest of her coop mates are atleast twice her size. She is always cold and doesnt move much.. she is about 13 weeks old currently. Everyone else is acting normal.. so question is.. what is she and how do i get her better?

Have you treated for coccidiosis? Need to see a full body pic to guess at breed, and need to see the comb.

Comb.. she doesnt have much of one.. definitely not a single comb..

She almost reminds me of a dove. She does not have diarrhea or anything like that but her feathers are not the nicest.. i would say cause she is always trying to get under the others to keep warm.

Could be a hatchery quality Buff Laced Sebright.
Treat for coccidia, just in case. It won't do any harm. Coccidiosis doesn't always present with diarrhea. Sometimes the only symptom is the hunching.

She needs to be separated if you haven't already. With a heat lamp and her own food and water "with electrolytes" so that she gets her fair share. Put her on a high protein & fat diet. Like some ground up puppy chow in her regular food. And some boiled and mashed up eggs in her food will help too.

We have her separated for the time being. My boys just love her. She is so sweet. She isnt picked on by the other chickens either.. she seems so sad.. whelp.. guess she will just be one spoiled little girl.. she deserves a special name then..
