Please help me identify my chick! :)

The above chick is my 8 week old "mystery chick." She came as a free chick that is "rare and exotic" with an order I placed with a well known hatchery. She's named Elvira because when she was just a few days old she was solid black. I've emailed a pic to the hatchery I got her from and they said they believe she is a "naked neck." I'm not quite sure I agree with this - as she has feathers on her neck...? Any thoughts and suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks so much!

Murray Mcmurray ~ they always send a "rare chick" with their order. I asked them to identify the other chick they sent in a previous order. He was feather footed, bright red comb and blue in color. They told me it was a Sultan .. after researching on my own he seems more like a D'uccle. Not sure who identifies the chicks at the customer service but .. yeah! Any thoughts?

I really don't have a clue. After it feathers in some more, post another pic and maybe we can tell.
