Please help me identify the gender of my chicks!

Hello! First time raising chickens and we got 4 chicks… olive egger, black Australorp, sapphire gem, and French cuckoo maran. We’ve had them for over 3 weeks but they look older than that. I’m convinced my Olive Egger is a Roo based off his personality alone but, I’m wondering if anyone has any guesses or if it’s too early to tell. Thank you in advance!

Looks like female specific feathering.

Yep, for sure a pullet. Pullets can be dominant just as much as males, so personality alone isn't a good indicator of gender.
