Please Help Me Identify This Breed - Stumped!

Excellent example of the breed, but it is a carrier of a disease that is difficult to eradicate. It's called "Empty-Wallet-itis". It does go away, eventually, and most of the time, you dont mind having it due to "Cuteness Overload", but that particular breed really should come with a warning label, ya know.

I hear they go into a rather nasty stage right before they start laying though. Most owners contemplate culling them from time to time. But after they get through that stage, they are pretty good to have around

That breed is wayyy too high maintence for me. But sure looks like a young bantam of the type too.
