PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY WHAT'S WRONG AND HOW I CAN TREAT IT

My young booted bantam has redness on his legs I don't think it's bumble foot. Picture will be added PLEASE HELP

Bumble foot is typically on the foot pads, is this the leg/ankle region?

No it doesn't hurt him he's walking fine

It's his ankle, another suggested it's his new feathers coming in he is only young

That might just be skin color. My feathered birds typically have redder skin there. I think because it's thinner skin with the pressure if feathers pushing through
