Please help me pick the right mail order company

If it helps, here is a hatchery review. I think you will find that every hatchery has good reviews and every hatchery has bad reviews. I really don't think there is a lot of difference in any of them. Mistakes do happen of course, but a lot of the time the mistake is not the hatcheries fault.

I suggest you order from the one that has what you want and has the least potential shipping time. Try to minimize the shipping stress as much as you can. If you can, go to the hatchery and pick them up yourself. Don't order for shipment close to a postal holiday. You'll see an increase in posts about shipping trouble on this forum around postal holidays.

Not all "hatcheries" hatch their own chicks. Some drop ship. That means they get their chicks from other hatcheries. I can't tell you which ones this is, but if you are on their web site and they are not clear that they hatch their own, you might want to check and see where the chicks are actually shipped from. I'm not saying this is necessarily bad since they may actually come from a place pretty close to you. Just that it is something that may be worth checking out.
