Please help me save my Sizzle!

I have a two year old silkie cross frizzle called sizzle he is the sweetest thing ever!

He has lost weight and keeps sitting all day when he walks he’s abit wobbly and limps slightly but not eating much or drinking he’s awake but he doesn’t want to walk or move around just keeps laying/sitting down

Been treated for red mite (he had a few on him) but now clear
Scaly leg has been treated (slight scaly leg)
No cuts or lumps

Lost a lot of weight
And I’m worried I’m going to lose him any help or suggestions or what to do and treat I just don’t want to cull him unless it’s my only option

Do you have an area for him to dust bathe daily? What do you feed him including treats? What did you use to treat the mites? Did you also treat his coop? Are you using some vaseline or other oil on his leg mites? I would give him some vitamin b complex 1/4 tablet once a day, or a chick vitamin/mineral with riboflavin.
