Looks like some type of game hen

Sorry new to this. So what does that mean
Game hens are closer in type to 'wild' chickens, they go broody more often then some of the more 'modern', they make great mothers. They are pretty hardy birds also.
Im sure some others can chime in, I'm not very familiar with them.

She did go broody but started pecking the chicks feathers out. So...
So is mixed game a good breed?
