Likely not the sunlight factor then...tho some of mine started slowing down in August.but we have not had a single egg in about 3 months.
So what is your friend doing differently than you are?A month or so ago we gave away one older and one younger one to a friend of mine. She says they both are laying at her house.

I wasn't sure if you needed particular pictures so if there is something that you don't see that you were looking for let me know.You should stop all treats/scraps, just layer feed and clean water .
As @NoFlyBackFarm says 12-14 hours of day light are required for consistent laying ....molting stops eggs for weeks
No mites or lice on them?
Oyster shell offered to them?
Any changes to coop or yard that’s scaring them?
Pictures of them would help , are combs bright red?
