Please help me understand what happened.

It's not a great incubator, like I said I didn't even think she would hatch. I don't think the climate control was very accurate. I feel horrible she suffered.
Let it go and chalk it up to a learning experience.
We've all done things we regret. We learn, move on putting one foot in front of the other.
Chickens (and other animals) suffer all over the world all the time.
Sometimes because of someone's decision, sometimes just because nature and life can be cruel unrelenting beasts.
 
I was thinking the same think I tried to hatch black Bantam Chicks they were just to big and Breech . They were alive most of them I could get to where at least beak was clear . Other that than died before absorbing yolk sake I cried there was 15 . So now I have 17 happy ones that just arrived from the hatchery. I pray they will work out šŸ™
