Please help me

They try every night to sleep on top of the coop or in the pine tree but I always put them back inside for their own safety
This often indicates either not enough coop space and/or ventilation.

What are the dimensions of your coop?
A picture is worth a thousand words...
Ditto both those, and a tape measure will tell the whole tale.
Oh, and, your climate/location would add more info.
Sorry for all the questions, but with limited info, it's hard to give viable solutions.
The pic you attached shows a very narrow space...but there may be more to the coop than is shown there.

They have more than enough room as I stated already. I know my area I have for them is big enough and they only use it for sleeping. I have multiple outside perches and multiple inside. They choose to sleep outside. They have ventilation the outside area is made from dog kennel fencing so it has lots of holes and the coop was homebuilt by my dad and myself with a bird door to the outside . The blacks as I have stated have liked to sleep outside before they even became part of my rhodies flock. They always wanted to be in the trees . What you see right there is where I am temporarily keeping the babies now because the adults don't like them . It is something we just made so I can segregate them. I believe 2 chickens in that area is plenty. I did my research before I bought more chickens. All I asked for help with was how to get those babies to be part of the flock because they can't seem to be accepted and I didn't want to wait much longer because they already are 12 weeks old.

What kind of small place?
Some of the chicks are still a little small, (depending on the breed), so I have a 'box' so to speak that is covered with wire but on one end, the wire is 4x4. I put chick food inside along with water. The chicks eventually find it and also find that it keeps the adults out. As they grow, they no longer fit through the 4x4 fencing on the one end.
