Looks like a black breasted red Old English Game???? I'm no expert though, someone will probably chime in saying I am totally off base, lol, but that is my "guess"....Hope you find someone more experienced to help!
 
I just ordered some of those for my grandson who is absolutely in love with them! The previous posters are right they are BB OEG bantams!

We ordered some from Ideal and they're being shipped on Wednesday. This is what he wanted for his 8th birthday! LOL
