Please help... i have a 2 day old chick, and something is wrong with its leg, im not sure if its broken or dislocated, but when i set it down its leg turns backwards... Please tell me how i can fix it!

Does it seem like spraddle leg?

Can you make a splint? And maybe isolate it from the other chicks so it is not encouraged to move as much
