Please help my 4 infected birds!

4 of my chickens are infected with bumblefoot. it's realllly swollen. and my mom will not let me cut them open and clean it out because she it afraid that I might get infected by it. Is their any other way to get rid of the infection without cutting their foot? I know their is some sorta antibiotics you can give them but I don't know what kind or where to buy it. please help!

Tricide Neo will clear bumblefoot up with time. You mix it with distilled water and soak their feet in it. Type "tricide neo" in the search box and read up on it. If you wear plastic gloves for bumblefoot surgery, there wont be any problems.
