Please help, my 7-week old chick can't stand on her foot

She can't stand on one of her foot. The whole part under the knee is on the ground if she has to walk. We found a tiny cut on that foot but I don't think that hurts so much. Is she suffering from perosis, or spraddle leg, which is normal to new born chicks. What I can do with her? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Just got back from the vet. It could be Thiamine deficiency, raptured gastroe tenden, Marek's disease, or sepsis. Vet suggested supplement diet of vitamins (Vit B) to treat Thiamine deficiency and antibiotic to treat sepsis. Nothing can be done for Marek's disease. Very sad. If it's Marek's disease probably the whole flock has already been infected.
