According to what I've seen, heard, and researched, they do, but it's small.

I'd love to see a diagram of the specific anatomy of a goose, though, if you can dig one up.

How did it turn out for your goose? I am no expert, but I would guess (that not necessarily in the crop) but the goose may have swallowed something, maybe long and stringy. Mine go after twine and plastic. Sometimes a bit is still hanging out the side of the bill. The impact would cause any water to back up and be vomited. Good luck!
