I'd re-check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink to make sure it's emptying.

Get the extra Calcium into her once daily for a week.

Hopefully she's just having a hard time expelling an egg.

If she's never been dewormed, then you can consider doing that if she doesn't improve in a few days and her crop is emptying.

I don't think layer ration is enough. Oyster shells also help to grind things up in they're gizzard.

No, oyster shells do not help grind food in the gizzard. They are too soft for that, grit or rocks are needed for that purpose
