Please help my incubation eggs

I am so sorry your chicks did not hatch.🙁 I would check the incubators temp for accuracy and make sure it is holding correctly. Maybe even let the manufacturer know and get your money back?
Read up on incubation here on the forum.
Also some excellent articles. We have all had to learn as we go along.🙂

Let us know how you get on. Fingers crossed for your eggs that still look hopeful. It does sound like the temperature is on the low side seeing as this is day 23.

It can take a awhile to get to know a new incubator. Using a calibrated, independent thermometer is really important because incubators are often not accurate.

If you have a digital medical 'under the tongue' thermometer you could put it in your incubator for 15 minutes to warm up sufficiently, then turn it on and leave it in your incubator until it has read the temperature inside. You could wait until your hatch has finished to do this (so your humidity doesn't fluctuate) but it would be interesting to see what it says.
