Please help! My new chick has one bulging eye. What can this be???

Hello. I was hoping I might get some help from you. This is my first batch of incubated eggs, they were only placed on incubator for the last two weeks (since mother started eating live chicks as the pipped). This little one was born several hours ago and has one noticeably larger eye (left) than the other. I tried getting the best pics. possible. Eye appears to have blueish tint. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks again Backyard Chicken folks!

I know this is an old posting, but I just had a Silkie that hatched with one bulging eye. What did you do for your chick and did it live?
