UPDATE ON HUEY:
Dr. Pol couldn't do anything for him. So yes he still has the prolapsed penis issue. Part of his penis is dead. So it needs die the rest of the way through before it will fall off or we can cut the dead part off. He said use preparation-H to help with the swelling until the dead part falls off or we are able to cut off dead the part. Dr. Pol said he has never seen a case as bad as Huey's.
